Accessibility

Accessibility is
not a feature.

It's a baseline. We build to WCAG 2.1 Level AA and design for the Ontario AODA context our customers serve. Here's what that looks like today, and what we're still working on.

1. Our commitment

ClarityCompanion is built for Canadian contact centres, including hospitals, municipalities, utilities, and universities, that are directly subject to the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and similar provincial legislation. We treat accessibility as a baseline requirement, not a late-cycle feature. Our target for this marketing website is WCAG 2.1 Level AA.

3. Known gaps

We're a small team and we'd rather tell the truth than overclaim. The current known gaps:

Accessibility of the ClarityCompanion platform, the admin console, the agent-assist UI, and the caller-facing voice flows, is covered separately and held to the same WCAG 2.1 AA target. Accessibility documentation for the platform is available to customers and prospective customers under NDA.

4. Reporting a barrier

If you run into an accessibility barrier on this site, please tell us. We take these reports seriously and aim to acknowledge within two business days and resolve as quickly as the issue allows.

Email mustafatariq04@gmail.com with the page URL, the barrier you encountered, and (if comfortable sharing) the assistive technology you were using. We'll follow up directly, not through a ticketing bot.

5. Review cycle

We review this statement at least once per quarter and after any significant site redesign. The review date at the top of this page reflects the most recent review.
