We collect the minimum we need to respond to you, store it in Canada, and never use it for marketing. This page says so in full.

ClarityCompanion Inc. is a private company incorporated in Ontario, Canada, with its head office in Toronto. In this document "we," "us," and "our" refer to ClarityCompanion Inc. Questions about this policy go to mustafatariq04@gmail.com.
This policy covers the claritycompanion.ca marketing website and the demo-request form. It does not cover the ClarityCompanion platform itself, that is governed by the separate Master Services Agreement and Data Processing Addendum signed with each customer organization.
From the demo-request form, we collect what you type: your name, work email, organization, role, industry, and your written message. That's it. We do not require phone numbers, addresses, or any other identifier.
The website uses basic server logs (IP address, user-agent, timestamp) from our hosting provider for security and uptime monitoring. We do not run third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or behavioural profiling scripts.
We use the information you give us to respond to your demo request, scheduling a call, preparing for it, and following up afterward. We do not add you to a marketing list. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with any third party for their own marketing purposes.
If you don't respond to a follow-up within 90 days, we treat the request as closed and delete your submission from our active records.
The website is hosted by Netlify, which processes the form submission and forwards it to our team. Form data transits through Netlify's infrastructure. Email correspondence is handled through standard Google Workspace. We do not transfer your information outside of these providers.
Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA, and Quebec's Law 25 where applicable) you have the right to:
To exercise any of these rights, email us at mustafatariq04@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days.
Form submissions are transmitted over TLS. Access to submitted data inside the company is limited to people who need it to respond to you. We are a small team and we do not claim certifications we don't hold, see the Security page for our current compliance posture.
If we update this policy, the new version and effective date will appear here. Material changes will be noted at the top of the page for 30 days after taking effect.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle your personal information, you may file a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (priv.gc.ca) or, for Quebec residents, the Commission d'accès à l'information.
