1. Scope

These Terms of Service apply to your use of the claritycompanion.ca website and the public-facing demo-request form. They do not govern your use of the ClarityCompanion platform as a customer, that relationship is covered by a separately-executed Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Data Processing Addendum (DPA).

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false information in the demo-request form.
• Use any automated system to scrape, crawl, or mirror the site outside of standard search-engine indexing.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its infrastructure.
• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

3. Intellectual property

All content on the website (text, graphics, diagrams, logos, and the ClarityCompanion name) is the property of ClarityCompanion Inc. or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright law. You may share links to the site freely. You may quote short excerpts with attribution. You may not copy the site as a whole.

4. No warranties for the website

The website is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Information on the website, including descriptions of product capabilities, integrations, and compliance posture, is accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of publication but is not a contractual commitment. Binding commitments are made in signed agreements, not in marketing copy.

5. Third-party links

The website may link to third-party resources (regulators, standards bodies, vendor documentation). We do not control those resources and are not responsible for their content.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ClarityCompanion Inc., its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the website shall be resolved in the courts of the City of Toronto, Ontario.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page for 30 days after taking effect.
